CCP Job Roles: What 829 Company Listings Name (2026)
In short
No official list of CCP job roles exists, so we counted all 829 company CCP listings: sales leads (237), then operations, tech and admin. Is your role there?
In short: There is no official list of CCP job roles, but there is a record of the roles firms hold CCP listings for. In our count, 237 of 829 company-specific CCP listings on MyCareersFuture on 5 October 2026 named a sales, marketing or business-development role, the most common family. Operations (201), tech (161) and finance or admin (149) follow. If your hire is one of those, at executive or manager level, it sits where most company CCP listings sit; the CCP salary support itself is up to 70% or 90%. Our screen is S$3,000 basic. Filing with us starts with a SGD 100 consultation, then SGD 2,250 to proceed (see pricing).
Key takeaways
- We counted every company-specific CCP listing on the government list, all 829, on 5 October 2026. Every one was still in date.
- Four role families cover most of them: sales, operations, tech and finance or admin. Project and site roles appear in 65, education roles in 21 and design roles in only 16.
- Seniority leans up. 333 listings name a manager, director or lead. 84 name an assistant or frontline-type role.
- Most listings say nothing about hours: 613 of 829 state no mode. 204 say full-time and 12 say flexi.
- A listing is evidence that a firm's application exists. It is not a salary, an amount paid or an outcome, and it does not name the partner that approved it.

Is there a list of CCP job roles?
No, not one you can tick against. The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) runs the Career Conversion Programme through sector programmes and partners. In its Place-and-Train mode, a firm takes on a jobseeker and trains that person on the job for a new growth role. Which roles count as "growth" roles is decided sector by sector, and our page on what counts as a growth job role sets out that test.
What you can read is the government's own record. The MyCareersFuture CCP scheme list carries an entry for each programme, and also an entry for each firm whose own CCP application has a listing, written as "CCP for [role] by [company] (APP-…)". Those company entries show which roles real Singapore employers hold CCP listings for. We had not seen them counted by role anywhere, so we counted them.
Which roles do 829 company CCP listings name?
On 5 October 2026 the MyCareersFuture scheme list held 1,153 CCP entries. 829 of them were company-specific, and all 829 were still valid that day. We sorted each by the roles it names into eight families. A listing that names two roles, such as "Sales Mgr & Ops Mgr", counts in both, so the column adds up to more than 829.
| Role family | Listings naming it (at least) | Share of 829 | Role text seen in the listings |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales, marketing, business development | 237 | 29% | Sales Mgr, Biz Development Executive, Digital Marketing Mgr, Customer Success |
| Operations and management | 201 | 24% | Operations Manager, Ops Exec, Procurement, Outlet Mgr |
| Tech and engineering | 161 | 19% | AI Engineer, Service Technician, Digital Transformation Mgr |
| Finance, admin and HR | 149 | 18% | Accounts Executive, HR Mgr, Recruitment Consultant, Corporate Tax Executive |
| Project and site | 65 | 8% | Project Mgr, Project Executive, Construction Project Manager |
| Education and training | 21 | 3% | Education Consultant, Enrichment Teacher, Gen AI Trainer |
| Design | 16 | 2% | Interior Designer, Design Executive, Creative Lead |
| No function word, or other | 184 | 22% | "Professional Executives", "Managerial Roles", service crew, cadets |
Which means: the pattern is office and commercial work. Sales, operations, tech and finance or admin together account for the bulk of what firms list. Those are close to the role areas that the CCP for SME Professionals names: leadership and management, sales and business development, project management, and operations and administration. That likeness is our observation; the list does not say which programme sits behind each listing.
Several of these families also have a sector programme of their own, with its own partner and salary line. If your role sits there, read that page first: CCP for retail professionals for store and sales roles in retail, CCP for logistics professionals for operations and planning roles in logistics, the IMDA programme for tech roles, and CCP for HR roles for HR hires.
The sales, operations and finance or admin counts are floors; tech had one false hit and one miss in the check. Role text is short and full of abbreviations, so a keyword rule misses some. In a hand check of 60 listings, 52 were sorted exactly right, and seven of the eight errors were roles the rule failed to catch.
Where do the four focus trades sit in the count?
We focus on four trades: automotive, education, interior design and construction. Each has its own page from the same 5 October read of the list: tuition and enrichment centres, construction firms, interior design firms and car dealers and workshops. Here is how they sit inside the 829.
| Trade | Company listings in scope | What the roles looked like |
|---|---|---|
| Education | 35, of which 11 tuition, enrichment or student care | Teaching roles in 9 of the 11 tuition, enrichment or student care listings |
| Construction | 14 | Builders' listings split about evenly between project or site roles and office or commercial roles |
| Interior design | 12 | Interior designer named in 7, sales in 7, project manager in 5 |
| Motor trade | 11 | Five name a manager role; none named a car sales consultant |
Taken together, that is a small slice of the whole: under a tenth of the 829. It does not mean these trades cannot use the grant. It means most of what they hire for is a sales, operations or project role, and those are the families that dominate the list anyway. A trade-specific designer or teacher role is the unusual case, which is why the route matters more for those hires.
Do the listings favour managers or assistants?
Of the 829 listings, 333 name a manager, director or lead, and 202 name an executive. Only 84 name an assistant or a frontline-type role, such as service crew, a waiter or a technician-cum-driver. We counted role levels after the main coding, so read them as a guide rather than a precise tally.
Which means: the listings lean towards roles that usually pay a professional salary. That matters because a role's pay is often what decides an application. SWDA's own FAQs ask for pay that matches the market rate and print no figure. The partners do print one. SBF's SME Professionals page now asks for S$3,500 fixed a month (S$3,000 applied only to files submitted and approved by 30 June 2026). The construction programme run with SCAL asks for at least $3,200. Some large employers' own CCP trainee ads start lower: four we read on 5 October advertised minimums between S$2,000 and S$3,000. Each programme sets its own line, and a company-specific listing does not publish one.
Our own eligibility check screens at S$3,000 basic, before allowances and CPF. That line is our practice's, not SWDA's.
Do the listings say full-time or flexi?
Since April 2025, CCP has accepted flexi-load arrangements on Place-and-Train, and our page on CCP flexi-load covers how that works. In the listings themselves, the mode is mostly blank. 613 of 829 state no mode at all. 204 say full-time and 12 say flexi.
Which means: you cannot read hours off the list. Do not assume a part-time or reduced-hours offer is fine because a firm in your trade has a listing. Ask whoever files for you, before the contract is drafted.
How long does a listing stay valid?
The listings carry a start date and an expiry date. 586 of them share one start date, 7 July 2026, which looks to us like the day a batch was loaded rather than the day each firm was approved. 584 expire in June 2027, and 240 in October to December 2027. The earliest start in the set is March 2026 and the latest expiry is September 2028.
Which means: treat the dates as how long a listing shows on the system, not as a deadline you can plan a hire around. The deadline that binds you is different. SWDA's FAQs say approval has to come within three months of the hire's first day, and our page on the 3-month CCP approval deadline explains why that leaves little room if you hire first.
Which jobs qualify for CCP? A three-question check for your role
Before the offer letter goes out, ask these three questions in order.
- Is the role in a common family? A sales, business development, operations, project, tech, finance or admin role at executive or manager level sits where most listings sit. A designer, teacher or trade-specific role can still work, but check the route first, because it is the less common case.
- Does the fixed pay clear the line? Write the basic salary, plus any fixed monthly allowance, on the offer. We read "fixed" as leaving out commission and bonuses. If the role pays under S$3,000 basic, our eligibility screen turns it away; S$3,500 fixed is the safer figure wherever SBF's SME Professionals line applies. Our page on CCP minimum salary in 2026 compares the floors programme by programme.
- Is the person a genuine new hire? SWDA's FAQs exclude shareholders, people related to the decision-maker or the owners, and immediate ex-staff. Our page on the four CCP exclusions walks through each. Someone already on your payroll is outside this route; it is new hires only.
Three yeses mean the role is worth checking properly. A no on question 2 or 3 usually means this grant is the wrong plan, and hiring on normal terms is the honest answer.
What does a listing not prove?
A listing tells you that a firm's own CCP application exists for the roles named. It does not tell you how many people were hired, what they are paid, how much support was granted, whether it was claimed, or which programme partner approved it. MyCareersFuture does not publish those details.
So a listing for "Sales Mgr" at another firm in your trade is evidence that the role type is used. It is not a promise that your sales manager will be approved. SWDA and its partners decide each case. For the eight places where applications commonly fail, see why CCP applications get rejected.
Check your role before you sign
The list of CCP job roles above is a pattern, not a verdict on your hire. Run our one-minute eligibility check on the role and the person before the offer letter goes out. If it clears, the published payment options unlock and we file. If it does not, you find out before you have built a salary around a grant. Questions? Email us. For the full picture, start with our CCP grant guide for employers, or see the CCP for SME Professionals if you are a firm of 200 staff or fewer.
Method
On 5 October 2026 we fetched the full CCP scheme list once from the MyCareersFuture API, with a named user agent, and kept the raw file and its checksum. The frame was every entry naming a firm and an application number: 829 of 1,153. One row is one listing, not one firm; the 829 come from about 674 distinct firm names, and 103 firms hold two or more.
Role families were assigned by a fixed keyword rule, written down before coding, from the role text only. A listing could fall into several families. Mode came from the role text (full-time, flexi or not stated). Role level and firm concentration were counted afterwards and are reported as exploratory. We then read a seeded random sample of 60 listings by hand against the codes. The four trade counts are reused from our trade pages, which read the same file the same day.
Limits
The keyword rule agreed exactly with the hand reading in 52 of 60 checked listings; most errors were missed abbreviations, so the sales, operations and finance or admin counts are minimums and the "other" row is inflated. Listings in other naming formats fall outside the frame. Dates are listing validity, not approval dates. A listing shows nothing about pay, amounts, outcomes or the approving partner. This is one day's snapshot of a list that changes.

Not sure whether your hire qualifies?
The eligibility check takes about a minute and costs nothing. If you do not qualify, we will say so.
And if you do qualify and we take the file on: either the subsidies come through, or the cost is on us. The terms, including how many resubmissions are covered, are published in full on the pricing page — nothing about them is decided here.
