We align our fee structure with your success. You only pay full price when your claim is approved — and after our flat fee you get back SGD 8,000–19,500, guaranteed, or the cost is on us.

Stage 1 — Consultation fee: Proceed to pay SGD 100 online (non-refundable).
Stage 2 — After consultation: The SGD 100 consultation fee is waived if payment to proceed is made on the day to process the grant application.

Stage 3 — On approval: Upon receiving your approval letter (guaranteed we will get it!), we charge the balance of SGD 2,250.

What if the application is rejected even with Agape & Team's help?
We stand behind our work. Under Option A, we rework your submission at no charge, up to 2 resubmissions. Our 100% first-submission approval rate reflects our confidence.
Should we get the approval letter first, or apply once we have hired?
Getting the approval letter first is usually the better route. You can secure it before you recruit, it stays valid for six months, and it saves you paying a full salary while the application is under review.
Approval takes 12–15 weeks, and subsidies only start once the letter is issued. The other route needs an identified candidate whose onboarding begins within 25 days.
We work on new hires only — we do not take on the redeployment of staff you already employ.
What do we get out of the consultation?
A quotation. We go through the company, the role and the salary, confirm which route fits — approval letter first, or applying with a named candidate — and you leave with a written quote for the work. The SGD 100 consultation fee is waived if you proceed with the application on the day.
Do you guarantee we'll get approved?
In our initial discovery call, we validate this. If we don't think you're approvable, we'll tell you upfront — NO Sale.
How long does the whole process take?
Expected approval: Week 12–15 (3 months). We've never exceeded 15 weeks. If we do, our team works free until approval arrives.
We want the grant, however we have issues getting a quality hire. Can you help us with headhunting/recruitment?
Yes, we do have reliable recruitment partners specialized for each industry. The 70%–90% subsidies are in fact enough to cover our recruitment partner fees separately, and you still get back a portion of the subsidies. Do let us know if required during consultation.
Can you help us with other government programs (PSG, EDG, MRA, etc.)?
Yes, we can. PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant): SEO, HRMS systems, commercial kitchen equipment — we strictly only work with pre-approved grant vendors. EDG (Enterprise Development Grant): market branding, AI solutions, apps, ERP and CRM systems. MRA (Market Readiness Assistance): expansion to a new country.
Eligibility must-haves for PSG, EDG and MRA: business entity registered and operating in Singapore; at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by ultimate individual ownership; and the company is financially ready to start and complete the project (common financial indicators such as the current ratio are used for assessment).
What if we already submitted a CCP application and got rejected?
This is our bread and butter. Book a discovery call. We'll review your rejection letter, identify what was flagged, and rebuild your submission. Most rework submissions get approved within 15 weeks.
